Conditions
- Smaller stays outside of holiday periods
can be negotiated.
- 50% Deposit required within 14 days
of booking confirmation.
- Deposit held in trust and will become
a bond returned upon property inspection after stay (usually
7-14 days).

- Departure before 10am
